Power Yoga (Saturday 10:30am)
Power yoga is a fast-paced, intense yoga practice that focuses on flowing from one pose to the next and holding poses for longer to build strength. Because it involves holding and moving through challenging poses, it’s recommended that you have some baseline strength before trying it. However, there are beginner classes available that can make power yoga concepts accessible to all levels.
Hatha Yoga/Sunrise (Mon-Fri 6am)
Hatha yoga is a yoga practice that uses physical postures, breathing techniques, and other practices to improve strength, flexibility, and mental concentration. It is considered an umbrella term for many of the most common forms of yoga taught in the West. The word “Hatha” comes from Sanskrit and literally means “force”. It involves moving into poses called asanas, which are often held for several breaths. Some well-known asanas include downward-facing dog and standing forward bend. Hatha yoga is typically performed more slowly and with more static holds than other styles of yoga.

Gentle Chair Yoga (Tues & Thurs 9am)
Chair yoga is a promising form of exercise for older adults. It may help people with certain health conditions, such as arthritis, exercise without putting pressure on joints. It may also reduce the fear of falling and help people who are not used to exercise begin improving their strength and balance. Gentle yoga tends to be a slow and relaxing practice, and some people are drawn to that, while others are drawn to a vigorous, fast-paced practice.
Restorative Yoga/Candle Restore & Relax (Tues & Thurs 7pm)
Restorative yoga is a style of yoga that encourages physical, mental, and emotional relaxation. Appropriate for all levels, restorative yoga is practiced at a slow pace, focusing on long holds, stillness, and deep breathing. It is a practice of deep relaxation that emphasizes the meditative aspect of yoga—the union of body and mind. Through the use of props for support, many of the postures are held almost effortlessly.
Mat Pilates (Mon, Wed, Fri 7pm and Saturday 12pm)
Mat Pilates is a low-impact exercise that strengthens and lengthens the body, with a focus on the core. Mat Pilates is a strengthening and lengthening form of exercise that focuses on your core (trunk) muscles while also training your arms and legs. Mat Pilates is based on six principles: breath, concentration, centering, control, precision, and flow.
